PJP has been owned and operated by the Tom Furia Sr, and the Furia Family since 1963. Under the leadership of the Furia family PJP has grown into one of the Mid-Atlantic's premier Foodservice and Jan San Distribution Companies. By stressing the 7 Pillars of Success: Service, Integrity, Pride, Dedication, Honest, Loyalty and Respect, PJP continues to build strong relationships with our customers and employees.

Management Team Placeholder Thomas R Furia Sr.     Owner and Founder
Thomas Furia Sr. founded PJP as Penn Jersey Paper Co in 1963 with Frank Ciletti. Prior to creating PJP Tom and Frank were Sales Representatives for E.A. Dages Co. Tom has lead PJP through its 48 plus years of serving the Foodservice and Janitorial Industries through numerous acquisitions and facility moves. Tom currently serves as Chairman to PJP Board of Directors. Tom is married to his wife Jill and together they have five children who are all involved in the business today.
 
 
Management Team Placeholder Thomas R Furia Jr.     President & COO
Thomas Furia Sr. currently serves as President and COO. Tom joined PJP to run the companies first computer department in 1977 after receiving his degree from Villanova University. As President and COO, Tom has lead PJP's growth through numerous acquisition and expansion, including the creation of the PJP Marketplace Cash and Carry Retail Stores, and the move the New Warehouse Distribution Center in North East Philadelphia. Under Thomas's leadership, PJP also added the Healthcare Sales Division, as well as, the Smallwares and Foodservice Equipment Division.
 
 
Management Team Placeholder Kevin Curtin     Vice President of Sales
Kevin Curtin currently serves at Vice President of Sales for PJP, and is responsible for overseeing PJP's 70 plus sales representatives and multiple sales channels. Kevin joined PJP as a Sales Representative in 1993, and before being promoted to VP of Sales, Kevin served as PJP's Healthcare Sales Manager. Prior to joining PJP, Kevin served as a sales representative for Marstan Industries for seven years. With over 30 years of experience in the Foodservice and Jan San Industries, Kevin is a SEFA, CIMs, and ServSafe certified professional.
 
 
Management Team Placeholder Thomas R Furia III     Director of Supply Chain Management
Thomas Furia III is the third generation of the Furia Families leadership with PJP. Thomas currently serves as PJP's Director of Supply Chain Management. Tom originally joined PJP as a Purchasing Agent in 2003, and prior to becoming the Director of PJP's Supply Chain, served as a Purchasing Business Manager. Thomas obtained his BA in Accounting, MIS from Drexel and his MBA from Saint Joseph's University.
 
 
Management Team Placeholder William Servis     Chief Financial Officer
William Servis serves as PJP's Chief Financial Officer, and over see’s PJP's Accounting Department, Human Resources Department, and IT Departments. Bill joined PJP in 2005 and has navigated PJP through its financial growth and expansion including the acquisition of City Supply Co., and MGM Paper, the Building of two new PJP Marketplace Cash and Carry Retail Stores, and creation of PJP's New Warehouse and Distribution Center in North East Philadelphia, PA.
 
 
Management Team Placeholder Lisa Furia-Cruz.     Controller
Lisa Furia-Cruz currently serves as PJP's Controller and currently overseeing PJP's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Department. After earning her Bachelors Degree in 1988 from LaSalle College, Lisa joined PJP as the office manager. Lisa was instrumental in the design and layout of PJP's new corporate office facilities in North East Philadelphia.
 
 
Management Team Placeholder Mary Joan Furia-Cocca     Customer Service Manager

Mary Joan Furia serves as PJP's Customer Service Department Manager. During her 15 years of service with Penn Jersey, Mary Joan has also worked as part of our Purchasing and Sales Departments.

Prior to joining PJP in 1996, Mary Joan worked in Customer Service Management with SmithKline for 10 years, as well as, owned and operated her own auto body repair facility for 13 years. Her wide range of experiences has helped her to establish long lasting relationships with customers and allows her and her customer service staff to provide the best customer service in the industry.

 
 
Management Team Placeholder Glenn Harbison     Marketing Director
Glenn Harbison currently serves as PJP's Marketing Director. Glenn joined PJP in 1993 after obtaining his Bachelors Degree from Temple University. Glenn is responsible for overseeing all of PJP's marketing efforts including new product evaluations and offerings. Previous to joining PJP Glenn obtained his Bachelors Degree from Temple University.
 
 
Management Team Placeholder George Thomas     Warehouse and Distribution Manager

George Thomas currently serves as PJP's Warehouse and Distribution Manager, overseeing PJP's fleet of 40 plus trucks and 250,000 square foot warehouse facility. George manages PJP's 3 warehouse shifts which picks pack and ships over 5 million packages per year. Prior to becoming the Warehouse and Distribution Manager George received his Bachelors Degree from Penn State University.
