OTG Management Open Minneapolis-St.Paul Airport Project in Time for New Years with help from PJP

Mill_City_Tavern1Between the night of December 27th and December 31st, PJP helped OTG Management pull off an incredible new launch of their foodservice concepts at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. During this orchestrated event, OTG and its suppliers and construction team had 72 hours to convert the pre-existing foodservice operations, such as McDonalds and other concepts located in Terminal 1 to all new higher end OTG Concepts.

With a tight deadline to be up and running in time for the New Year’s Holiday Travel, OTG needed a high level of service and support from its construction team and suppliers.

During this $25 million renovation project, PJP’s Equipment and Supply Team coordinated with numerous vendors and contractors to insure a timely and coordinated delivery and installation of more than 6 truckloads of foodservice equipment and Smallwares.

The new concepts from OTG Management in Minneapolis include, Mill City Tavern, Cibo Bistro, Custom Burgers, and Tagliare. Additional concepts are already being planned to debut in 2012 including a new Japanese Restaurant Concept.

That means that you find the same quality, variety and atmosphere at our restaurants that you would expect to find at your favorite local restaurant.So far, travelers like Bob Wacholtz, have been impressed with the food. The Canadian sales rep ordered a $6 Southern-style burger from a touch screen at Custom Burgers. “I’ve never had a burger like this before,” said Wacholtz, who added that he would dine there again. “It tastes better.”
