Rich Rosendale is a world renowned, classically trained chef. Chef Rosendale completed a 130-hour cooking exam covering all aspects of cuisine earning him the prestigious title of Certified Master Chef. He’s a friend of PJP and is dropping by on October 1st & 2nd for a Modernist Plating & Technique Workshop.

Chef Rosendale is one of only 67 Certified Master chef’s in the United States and has won 55 international cooking awards.

During this workshop you will get professional hands-on experience. You will have the chance to learn about innovative plating styles, contemporary sauce techniques, infusion vessels, sous-vide, hydrocolloids, and much more. Whenever Rich Rosendale comes to Philadelphia he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that is unmatched.

This is a professional hands-on workshop for chefs. Participants will receive a welcome letter with the schedule two weeks prior to the course. All participants will receive an electronic file with recipes and the course material upon completion. We supply all of the food and material for the workshop. The program is approved for 16 continuing education hours for ACF certification.
